Through the subject of Physical Education, our school participated in the “Par-OLYMPIA Festival, Inclusion in Sports” that was held in OAKA (Olympic Athletic Center of Athens “Spiros Louis”) by the Hellenic Paralympic Committee on 3 October 2023. Showing in practice that concepts like respect to diversity and human rights, knowledge acquisition and empathy towards disabled people, and sports are high in our educational priorities, we participated with the creation of the 3-minute video that deals with the presentation of Paralympic sports and issues regarding the sports of people with disabilities.
The title of the video is “We put on your shoes”.

The participants are B class students who, during the last school year, carried out a teaching scenario of 4 teaching sessions regarding Paralympic sports in the subject of Physical Education. The video editing was realized by the B class student Tsolakis Georgios and we deeply thank him for this creation.
