On Wednesday 5 November 2025, in the school’s Film Education Clubs, we had the honor of hosting the film Director of Photography, Mr. Panagiotis Kleidaras, who, with his unique storytelling style, introduced our students to the magical world of cinema. He emphasized the value of art and how it invites us to explore the way we see the world, since cinema is an art form that primarily engages our senses. And the way we see the world depends largely on who we are. He highlighted that one can truly create in cinema only when the heart and mind are in harmony. Every frame is a choice — what to reveal, what to hide, and how to make the viewer “see” through the eyes of the protagonist.

In today’s meeting was also present a teacher from the Spanish secondary education school IES Alcántara, from Alcantarilla, Spain, who is in our school during this week within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA121 project.

The supervising teachers of the clubs, Eirini Arnaouti and Sotiriοs Kollias, warmly thank Mr. Kleidaras for once again honoring us with his presence and inspiring our students to engage with the art of cinema with love and respect.
