During the 2024–2025 school year, the students of the Grade B Cinema Education Club engaged with professionals from the field of Cinema, visited the Greek Film Archive, refined the script they had collaboratively written the previous school year, created the storyboard, and proceeded with the production of the short fiction film titled “GOODNIGHT ZOE/LIFE”, along with its poster.

The film participated in the international student short film competition “Did you study…Cinema?? 2024–2025” and will also compete in “Camera Zizanio 2025”, part of the International Olympia Festival for Children and Young People this coming fall.
At the same time, a group of students worked on the creation of the 6-minute documentary “Solomon”, which took part in the student video competition “The Holocaust in the Greeks’ collective memory”. As a reward, the students were invited to participate in an educational program and visit to Auschwitz. Our school was represented in the program by student Alexandra-Despoina Panousaki (Class B3).
As an extension of the above documentary, and due to the rich material collected by the students, they collaborated with Leonidas Ntovolos (Class B3) from the Club to create a longer documentary titled “HARVEST OF MEMORIES”, along with its poster, which they submitted to the “Did you study…Cinema?? 2024–2025” competition.
