Congratulation to the B’ class student Dimitrios Emmanouil for his gold medal in the 37th Mathematics Olympiad. We wish him good luck in the preliminary competition for his participation in the national team.
In the Olympiad participated 11 of our A’ class, 2 of our B’ class and 1 of our C’ class students.
The mathematics competitions are of the oldest and most demanding student competitions and even only the participation in the Olympiad is a big honour and success.
Congratulations to all our students since most of them solved up to three problems and should feel proud indeed! Especially the A’ class students have done lots of practice and with more work, next year they will do much better!
Moreover, congratulations to their teachers who train them and to the school Vice-headmaster Mr. Chasapis, who has been teaching in the after-school Club of Excellence in Mathematics for years.
